Status : Full time temporary position (1 year contract)

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (37,5 hours per week)

Workplace : Moncton 92 Halifax Street N.B., E1C 9R9

CHALLENGES WE OFFER

Reporting to the Manager of Planning & Administration your duties include:

• Receiving customer orders by phone and in person;

• Processing and distributing orders to appropriate personnel for scheduling;

• Providing accurate information on product availability or substitutions and providing excellent customer service;

• Processing invoices;

• Being responsible for all related paperwork and record keeping; 

• Assisting in all areas of the feed mill office where required.

YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE:

• You possess a post-secondary education with customer service experience OR an acceptable combination of education and experience;

• You have a positive attitude with a passion for excellent customer service;

• You show great attention to detail and have the ability to interpret data;

• You have strong computer literacy including competency with Microsoft Office, more specifically with Excel/Word; experience with Microsoft NAV or Business Central considered an asset

• You have the knowledge and ability to perform basic office and account maintenance functions;

• You are able to meet normal deadlines associated with good office procedures.
