  • Yes, it is necessary to have legal authorization to work in Canada to hold a position at Sollio Agriculture. You must have a valid work permit.

  • Firstly, candidacies are analyzed and sorted according to the candidate’s fit with job requirements. We conduct an initial selection through phone interviews, and proceed with face to face interviews, either in-person or through web conference. We verify criminal records and other pre-employment verifications according to the job’s requirements. We than inform candidates that were contacted throughout the process of the selection results.

  • Yes, we recognize degrees obtained outside of Canada, but some roles may require degree equivalency. It depends on the nature of the position. It is also important to note that you must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
