Inventory and Accounts Receivable Administrator
Work location: 627 Plinguet Street, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 2W9 (work 5 days/week in the office)
Work mode: Office attendance - 5 days/week
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Status: Permanent, Full Time
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities as an Inventory and Accounts Receivable Administrator for 5 locations will be to:
• Reconcile inventory counts across all Sollio Agriculture locations and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records;
• Perform daily inventory adjustments and ensure accuracy of inventory data in the ERP system;
• Review and validate inventory costing to ensure proper valuation;
• Review and post warehouse transfers between locations;
• Review and post daily production to maintain accurate inventory levels;
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory variances;
• Review accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments;
• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are properly recorded and reconciled;
• Process incoming payments via various methods (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers);
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities;
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies;
YOUR ASSETS
You have relevant experience in inventory management (accounts receivable experience is considered an asset)
You have 3 to 5 years experience in these fields;
You have a Diploma (College or University) in Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (considered an asset);
You are familiar with Excel (an asset).
