YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Supplier Coordinator Manager, the person is a front-line position that plays a crucial role in ensuring positive customer experiences. This person will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position requires handling, managing and/or supervising the tasks described below:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner;
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in alignment with company policies and procedures;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery;
- Provide customers with accurate product and service information;
- Address and escalate customer concerns and escalate as needed, ensuring timely resolution;
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order details;
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal departments;
- Generate reports as needed;
- Communicate and manage offers and price lists to customers;
- Shipment document processing and ensuring data is up to date within software;
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies;
- Promote customer feedback and recommend improvements to service operations, procedures, and policies;
- Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations and policy and procedures.
YOUR ASSETS
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is an asset);
- You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, or a related field (an asset);
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- You have problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions;
- You are familiar with customer service software and tools;
- Your are able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
