YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Supervisor, credit and accounts receivable, your mandate is to :

• Be responsable of the collection of a portfolio of major accounts of the agricultural division in the Maritimes, mainly cooperatives and agricultural businesses;
• Perform cash collection tasks relating to this portfolio;
• Provide high quality customer service, generate statements and follow up disputes;
• Monitor credit limits and provide analysts with updates based on actual customer needs;
• Work jointly with the sales team to manage credit risk;
• Assist analysts in decision-making on new accounts;
• Support team members with billing as needed.

YOUR ASSETS

• You hold a Diploma in administration or equivalent;
  
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in credit and commercial file collection;
  
• Due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national customers, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position (mandatory);
  
• You have excellent interpersonal interaction and communication skills both internally and with customers;
  
• You can work on several files simultaneously within short deadlines;
  
• You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
